Each platform freezes 50 prompts: 44 unbranded discovery/comparison questions and 6 branded fact checks. A cycle runs every 72 hours, with each prompt executed once per platform by default. The web answer, cited sources, screenshot and sampling conditions are retained.

Boundaries implemented today
- The site and workspace use HTTPS. Non-public workspaces require authentication and use account, project and role-based access.
- Monitoring answers, screenshots and source records are project evidence used for the relevant client’s measurement, review, reporting and support.
- Public examples are de-identified by default and omit client identity, complete URLs, full answers and original screenshots.
- Data is retained only as needed for service delivery, review, legal obligations and dispute handling. Specific published periods remain governed by the privacy policy.
