Accurate, traceable, and clear about where fact ends and judgement begins.
This policy covers the articles, research, case studies, methodology notes, product pages and partner content that Miaowa GEO publishes. Marketing language does not get to bypass fact-checking.
Version 1.1 · Last updatedChecks that public content has to pass
- Name who is responsible: content carries an author or a responsible team; significant methods and data conclusions carry review responsibility.
- Prefer the original source: for product, standards, regulatory and statistical facts, cite the publisher, the regulator, the standards body or the original research.
- Label the level of evidence: distinguish independently verified, officially stated, client-confirmed, observed, inferred and opinion.
- State scope and date: anything touching models, platforms, prices, rules or experiments carries the period it applies to and the sampling boundary.
- Check that sources are reachable: link to the specific page a reader can open. A search-results page is not evidence.
- Avoid inflation: no untraceable customer counts, logos, rankings, growth figures, testimonials or guaranteed outcomes.
Tools are allowed; responsibility is not delegated to them
AI may help with organising, translating, summarising, code review and language polish. It is not a source of fact. Whoever publishes still has to verify the key claims, citations, numbers, people and dates, and remains answerable for the final text. Where the involvement of AI would itself change how a reader understands the research or the conclusion, we say so in the content.
Commercial relationships have to be visible to the reader
Paid partnerships, product trials, client case studies, joint content with partners, samples and any other relationship that could affect judgement are disclosed near the content they touch. A partner may check facts that concern them. A partner may not buy a favourable conclusion, or have a well-founded material limitation removed.
Errors do not get quietly overwritten
Material factual errors, changes of method, and omissions that could change a reader’s judgement are handled under the corrections policy, and the page date is updated. Spelling, typography and edits that do not change meaning are simply fixed.
