Pre-contract acceptance checklist: first delivery, failed runs, raw evidence, exports, human response, renewal and refunds
The six items buyers most often write into acceptance terms, each mapped to what Miaowa GEO publicly commits to, what it does not, and where to verify it.
Version 1.1 · Last updatedThis checklist follows the six questions most often written into acceptance clauses. Each item states the current public position and where it can be verified; commitments that do not exist on this site are not invented here on the contract's behalf.
| Item | Miaowa GEO's public position | Where to verify |
|---|---|---|
| First delivery | The baseline batch is created once the project is configured and the prompt set frozen; a new cycle follows every 72 hours. For self-serve plans, the time from payment to the first batch is shown in the workspace; the website does not state an unpromised number of hours. | Workspace monitoring log; /en/capabilities |
| Failed runs | Technical retries within a cycle keep the task ID; tasks that still fail are recorded as failed and excluded from denominators; the next cycle asks again; no re-asking outside the cycle. | /en/help/failed-runs-and-retries; status vocabulary on /en/report |
| Raw evidence | Every run stores answer text, screenshot, source URLs, timestamp, region, language, platform entry point, prompt version and exception status. Where a platform has no stable result URL, the record consists of answer text + screenshot + sources + time + hash. | /en/methodology; /en/capabilities; per-task drill-down on /en/report |
| Exports | Web report with per-task evidence and PDF monthly report supported; CSV limited; no general API. | /en/help/exports |
| Human response | Email contact@miaowageo.com and phone +86 13002205399, handled on business days. No public status page or universal SLA; response times are written into the project contract. | /legal/service-levels (Chinese); /en/contact |
| Renewal and refunds | Each payment buys one month with no auto-renewal; annual billing charges 11 months for 12 months of service; refund and platform-change rules are on the refund page. | /legal/refund-policy (Chinese) |
Clauses worth putting in the contract or order
- The prompt-set freeze date and version, and the process for changing it.
- An evidence-completeness threshold per cycle (for example 90%) and what happens below it.
- Reporting basis: how the denominator is defined and which statuses count.
- Data boundary: evidence is used only for this project; public samples require written authorisation.
- Retention and deletion after the engagement, referencing the privacy policy and DPA.
- Can I run one month first and then decide?
- Yes. Self-serve plans are bought month by month; one month yields about 10 like-for-like cycles, enough to judge whether the evidence is usable. Managed service can likewise start with a single project phase.
- Will you commit to a mention-rate uplift?
- No. We do not promise inclusion, recommendation, traffic or revenue. What we commit to is the collection basis, evidence retention and re-measurement method.
