How do I export data? Are PDF, CSV or API available?
The workspace provides web reports; formal deliveries include PDF. Structured outputs such as action lists can be supplied as CSV within the agreed delivery scope. There is currently no general customer-facing API.

Why we do not promise "export everything" by default
Monitoring evidence contains screenshots and full answer text from third-party AI platforms. That material is used only for the client's own observation, verification, reporting and support, not as general-purpose content. Promising unrestricted bulk export would conflict with platform terms and with our own data boundaries, so export scope is confirmed item by item in the delivery scope rather than asserted on a marketing page.
- Can I share the report with colleagues who have no account?
- Yes. The PDF monthly report can be circulated within your team. Workspace access is granted per account, project and role.
- I need to hand cited URLs to my content team. Can I get a list?
- Yes. Source URLs together with the prompt, platform and cycle they appeared in are structured output and can be supplied as CSV within the delivery scope.
