ChatGPT-only, cross-platform, project or managed: which plan should I choose?

ChatGPT-only if ChatGPT is all you care about; cross-platform for one to three of the six platforms; a project or managed engagement if you need all six platforms, a custom prompt count or interval, API/MCP access, or someone accountable for remediation. The billing unit is always one monitoring project for one brand.

Version 1.1 · Last updated

The choice comes down to three questions: how many platforms, whether you need a different prompt count or interval, and whether you want a person accountable for fixing what the monitoring finds. The ChatGPT-only plan is ¥99 per month and covers ChatGPT alone; the cross-platform plan is ¥699 per month for any one to three of the six platforms; project and managed engagements are quoted by scope, can cover all six platforms, and fix prompt count, interval and deliverables in the contract. Match the plan to the need

  • Your buyers mostly use ChatGPT and you want the lowest entry cost: ChatGPT-only.
  • You want ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity together, or any three drawn from those plus Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot and Claude: cross-platform. The mix is fixed at sign-up and does not change during the term.
  • You need all six platforms, a contractually agreed prompt count and interval, API or MCP access into your own systems, or a human-designed prompt map with fact checks: project.
  • You also want someone accountable for a remediation loop over time: managed.
  • Agencies and groups delivering for several brands: project or managed, with brand and platform counts set in the contract.

Three rules that never change

  1. The unit is one monitoring project for one brand, never a per-prompt surcharge. Self-serve plans run a fixed 50 prompts per platform (44 unbranded plus 6 branded fact checks); price differs only by platform count and delivery mode.
  2. One self-serve subscription binds one brand. Additional brands are bought separately; one account can manage several projects with data, batches and evidence kept apart.
  3. Upgrading or changing platforms is purchased as a new project; the original project's batches and reports are never rewritten.

What no tier offers

Chinese domestic AI platforms (Doubao, DeepSeek, Kimi and the like) are outside the six monitored platforms. Self-serve plans cannot change the 72-hour cycle, trigger ad-hoc runs, or trade a smaller prompt set for a lower price. No tier promises a specific uplift in mention rate or recommendation position. These boundaries are stated on /en/capabilities and /legal/service-levels.

I start with ChatGPT-only and later want Gemini too. What happens?
You buy the cross-platform plan as a new project. The original ChatGPT-only project keeps its history unchanged, and both can sit under the same account.
What separates project from managed?
Both are quoted by scope and both can cover all six platforms. A project delivers a human-designed prompt map, fact checks and an action list; a managed engagement adds an accountable owner who keeps the monitoring and remediation loop running.
Can I try one month before deciding?
Yes. Each self-serve payment buys one month with no auto-renewal, and a month yields roughly 10–11 like-for-like cycles, enough to judge whether the evidence works for you.
