How does annual billing work, and is there auto-renewal?
Annual billing charges 11 normal monthly prices at once for 12 months of service and does not stack with monthly promotions; monthly billing buys exactly one month per payment. Neither renews automatically and no card is charged on file. Renew manually to continue the same project, prompt set and history, at the normal monthly price in force at renewal.

Whether you pay monthly or annually, Miaowa GEO never enables auto-renewal or charges a stored payment method. When the term ends you renew by hand, and the same project, the same frozen prompt set and the full history simply continue.

How renewal works and what it costs
- Renew manually after expiry; the project, prompt set, batches and evidence are kept, nothing is rebuilt.
- The renewal price is the normal monthly price shown on /en/pricing at the time you renew. The first purchase price is not locked in, and promotional prices do not carry over.
- After an annual term you renew manually in the same way; choosing annual again is charged as the normal monthly price × 11 for 12 months.
- Payment: self-serve plans accept WeChat Pay; bank transfer and annual contracts are arranged through /en/contact.
If you do not renew
- No new batches are created; completed cycles are unaffected.
- The workspace and history remain available for 30 days so you can view and export reports and structured outputs such as source lists.
- After those 30 days the data enters the deletion window defined in the privacy policy and DPA.
- Renewing within the retention window resumes the same project and prompt set with an unbroken history.
- Can I end an annual subscription early?
- Before the baseline batch is created you get a full refund. After that you may terminate the remaining service: months already started are charged at the normal monthly price (not the annual rate) and the balance is refunded, with service months counted as 30-day blocks from the payment date. - Do monthly promotions apply to annual billing?
- No. Annual billing is always the normal monthly price × 11; promotional prices apply only to the monthly order they were offered on.
- What if the price has gone up when I renew?
- Renewal is charged at the normal monthly price shown on the pricing page at the time you renew; the original price is not locked and promotional prices do not carry over.
